☑️Redeeming a winning bet

Because betting on bookmaker.XYZ is on-chain and decentralized (meaning there is no centralized entity to payout winnings on your behalf) - you need to "redeem" your winnings once the events finish. To redeem the winnings from a successful bet, you can do this from the "My Bets" section on the bookmaker.XYZ app.

• Click the profile icon at the top right of the homepage to reveal the drop-down menu.

• Select "My Bets" from the drop-down menu.

• Once you are at the "My Bets" page, find the successful bet under the "Unredeemed bets" section. On the bet tile, click "Redeem".

• MetaMask will open and you will need to confirm the transaction to claim your winnings.

Select "Redeem" in the bottom right corner of the bet tile.

Select "Confirm" and wait for the transaction to confirm on-chain.

• Once your transaction has been confirmed on-chain, your winnings will be withdrawn directly to your wallet and the bet slip will show your bet as "Redeemed".

• On Gnosis Chain you can verify transactions using the Gnosis Chain block explorer.

• On Polygon Chain you can verify transactions using the Polygon Chain block explorer.

You have successfully redeemed the winnings from your bet.
